Dr Kusum V. Moray is a multilingual Indian-origin medical doctor and Public Health Researcher. She has worked across the spectrum of policy to the grassroots-level primary healthcare. She serves as Executive Director of StreeArogya Rural Foundation, leading community-based initiatives focused on rural women’s health and preventive care.

Dr. Kusum V. Moray is a Community Physician and public health researcher with experience in gender-responsive health systems, health economics, and implementation science. She serves as Executive Director of StreeArogya Rural Foundation, leading community-based initiatives focused on rural women’s health and preventive care. Trained at Christian Medical College, Vellore, she has worked with institutions including the Indian Council of Medical Research and the World Bank Group. Her research spans reproductive health economics, tuberculosis policy, and primary healthcare systems strengthening, with a strong focus on equity, intersectionality, and translating evidence into policy and practice.
